Supportive Care at Sumner Chiropractic Clinic

Our primary service is to assess and address the health and integrity of your spine as it relates to your nervous system and your body’s framework. We use a combination of the tried and true, traditional, hands-on adjusting methods, along with more innovative, cutting edge, instrument-aided, neurologically (energy) based procedures.

For those who want to maximize the value of their spinal corrective care, we offer practical patient specific rehabilitative procedures. Plus, we offer specific nutritional guidance, backed by high quality products that we order thru Nutri-West and Metagenics.

While your chiropractic adjustments are the most important part of your care, we may administer therapy to help reduce inflammation and speed the healing process. In our office, we choose from the following supportive services:

Balance Therapy
Therapy can be fun!

Your balance is an important function of your nervous system. Your eyes monitor the horizon, giving feedback to your brain (nervous system) to keep you upright. Fluid in your inner ear constantly supplies information (nervous system) about your balance and position. Pressure sensors on each foot (nervous system) send data up the spine so you can stand without falling. We use the balance boards to help your nervous system integrate the changes we’re making to your spine.

Dr. Marc Asks some important questions of interest to Sumner residents - Chiropractor Sumner Dr. Marc Asks...

Can those with osteoporosis get chiropractic care?
Of course. When developing a care plan, we consider the unique circumstances of each patient. There are many ways we can adjust the spine. The chiropractic method we select will be best suited to your age, size and unique situation.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Sumner chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
